Livescribe Symphony

The Symphony pen can transcribe notes you take digitally, but also notes can be combined with audio captured as you write them. According to Livescribe, Symphony can transcribe notes in as many as 27 different languages, and capture drawings and mind maps in addition to text. Users can upload the captured records to many different cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneNote, and Evernote. Combined with the Livescribe+ app, you can "replay" your notes to see how they were saved. "If a song was playing in the background or someone was speaking as you typed, Symphony combines that audio with your digital text"

You also need to constantly sync Symphony, as the Livescribe site can store up to 1,200 A4 pages locally before these notes need to be synced. Symphony, like all Livescribe smart pens, can be used with branded point paper and the battery inside Symphony lasts for 90 days of standby time.
