The XRA Association has accepted new members.

The XR Association (XRA), the industry association representing virtual, augmented and mixed reality (XR) companies, announced the addition of new members including: Magic Leap, VoxelSensors, XR Village and Kapeer.

The XRA Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and support for XRA's ongoing initiatives. The association plays an integral role in the responsible development of immersive technology. During numerous discussion panels, workshops and political briefings, XRA members discuss the proper implementation and development of XR technology.

The association covers producers of VR, AR, MR sets, technological platforms, companies producing components and peripheral devices, companies dealing with internet infrastructure, suppliers of solutions for enterprises and corporations.

The founders of XRA are Google, HTC Vive, Microsoft, Meta and Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Elizabeth Hyman, CEO of the XR Association, said:

At XRA, Magic Leap is represented by Daniel Diez, the company's director of transformation.

VoxelSensors, based in Brussels, is involved in the construction and regulation of virtual worlds in the European Union.
