What is LAM and rabbit OS?
The Large Action Model (LAM) is the basis for rabbit OS. LAM is a new type of base model that understands human intentions on a computer. Thanks to LAM, rabbit OS understands what you say and handles the matter you give it.
How does the Rabbit work?
The rabbit's operating system will first understand what you mean by repeating what you said. People's intentions are personal and individual, and can be incomplete and change on whim. So what does a rabbit do?
Rabbit OS uses its long-term memory to translate your requests into actionable steps and responses that LAM can use in real time.
Step two.
LAM then analyzes how and when you use applications and services - rather than using application programming interfaces (APIs). LAM can learn to see and act in the world the way people do, the way you act. LAM knows most consumer applications and will strengthen its knowledge when you start working with it.
Step three.
LAM performs your tasks for you in the cloud. These can range from simple tasks like booking a flight to more complex ones like editing photos in Photoshop or streaming music and movies.
There is no need for complicated configuration such as installing an application, plug-in or entering code on the command line. Just talk to the rabbit's operating system and it will do the tasks for you.
The rabbit hole
Rabbit Hole is a comprehensive web portal for managing relationships with the rabbit operating system (rabbit OS) and its companion device.
Login
Rabbit's operating system runs applications in a secured cloud, so you don't have to. Log in to the applications you want your rabbit to use on its system through the rabbit hole to hand over control. You only need to do this once per application.
Settings
Manage your preferences and r1 devices, from sharing and wiping data to factory settings.
Journal function
View your past interactions with r1: conversations, reports, photos, app confirmations and more.
Feature - Connect your accounts
Connect all your apps in one place - music, food, travel, maps, shopping, etc.
Experimental teaching mode
Imagine a truly personal operating system for your rabbit. To this end, the manufacturer encourages persistent training of your LAM.
A teaching mode where anyone can create a LAM powered rabbit without any programming experience. Record your actions, explain them in your voice and play them back on the rabbit system. LAM will learn the nuances and create a rabbit that can be used in various scenarios.
