Unlike most AR glasses on the market with full-color displays, LAWK uses monochrome display technology.
The brightness of full-color displays in typical AR glasses on the market is about 500 nits. The monochrome display of LAWK glasses can reach 1000 nits. This is the superiority of monochrome displays for outdoor applications.
Monochrome displays are distinguished by achieving higher contrast, especially in bright outdoor conditions. They provide clearer visual effects and greater color consistency compared to full-color displays, offering a more stable visual experience.

In addition, a full-color display requires displaying multiple colors at the same time, which can be more stimulating to the eyes and easily lead to eye fatigue and discomfort. On the other hand, a monochrome display displays only a single color, which causes less eye fatigue.

LAWK ONE uses binocular waveguide technology, which displays virtual information separately on each lens. This improves depth perception and provides a more realistic visual experience.
Compared to monocular displays, binocular displays expand the field of view, providing a wider perspective that increases safety, especially during outdoor activities.
