AI Alliance vs. OpenAI
Meta and IBM initiated a platform dedicated to open-source AI technologies. More than 50 organizations have joined the AI Alliance, including Intel, Oracle, the National Science Foundation and Cornell University. Companies plan to combine their resources to develop solutions that will make them independent from one supplier, OpenAI.
