Panasonic-owned startup Shiftall VR has announced a new VR headset for PC and new full body tracers.

Shiftall is releasing a new version of its super lightweight MeganeX PC VR headset alongside its next generation of HaritoraX wireless body trackers. The new set is to be 50 percent lighter than its predecessor MeganeX superlight.
The new model of VR goggles is compatible with SteamVR. High image quality is ensured by 5.2K HDR OLED panels. The new design omits the Inside-Out cameras, speakers and earpieces and uses an entirely flat, plastic lens. Head tracking is supported by the SteamVR base station.

HaritoraX Wireless R is also entering the market, a wireless body tracking device that combines an IMU (inertial measurement unit) with an external camera. The solution provides six-point tracking, including the chest, hips, knees and ankles. The battery provides 20 hours of fun.

The premiere of MeganeX superlight and HaritoraX Wireless R is scheduled for 20024.

Additionally, Shiftall releases mutalk 2, a wireless soundproof microphone that prevents voice and noise from escaping. The device is ideal for video conferencing, Metaverse and online gaming. It is distinguished by high-quality wireless connectivity thanks to a dedicated dongle, it also supports Bluetooth and wired (USB Audio).

Mutalk2 is available for pre-order now and is scheduled for release in May 2024.
