Bodyswaps is an immersive VR training platform that enables employees and students to practice and develop communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
BodySwaps is compatible with the Oculus Quests, Vive Focus, Pico Neo 2 and 3 VR kits, as well as PC VR computers. The software comes with a ready-made library of modules focusing on communication, teamwork, leadership skills and interviews.
Soft skills are developed thanks to the unique learning structure of Bodyswaps based on 3 pillars. The first pillar is practice, users choose a simulation and module such as an interview and go through a fully immersive experience on the topic or field including asking questions and questioning about it. The second pillar is the unique Bodyswap feature in which the user takes the role of an interviewer and can look back, dealing with questions about how he reacted and responded at a given moment. The third pillar is feedback, the user receives behavioral insights with personalized feedback and ratings.
