Bodyswaps is a training platform using AI [Artificial Intelligence] and VR [Virtual Reality] to develop soft and interpersonal skills.

The solution allows users to practice real-world communication situations through interaction with virtual characters and AI role-playing scenarios.

Users can conduct conversations using their own voice, make decisions, and receive personalized AI-generated feedback after completing the exercise.

In VR mode, the platform can analyze user interactions using speech and behavioral elements/body language; the desktop and mobile versions utilize voice and screen interactions.

A distinctive feature is Body Swap – the ability to see one's own behavior from the perspective of another person participating in a simulated conversation. This mechanism is designed to support self-reflection and the development of empathy.

The platform doesn't require only VR goggles – it also works on computers, browsers, and mobile devices.

Bodyswaps is intended primarily for universities, schools, training organizations, businesses, the healthcare sector and organizations developing the professional competences of employees and students.

Types of Training Programs/Content

Learning Modules – ready-made, structured training modules.
Over 35 structured modules are available, typically lasting approximately 15–45 minutes.
AI Roleplays – interactive conversation simulations using AI models; scenarios can be customized by the instructor.
Open Conversation – the ability to create your own conversation scenario and define evaluation criteria.
Learner Pathways – complete learning paths combining modules, exercises, AI simulations, quizzes, and surveys.
Bite-sized Activities – short theoretical or practical exercises, typically lasting approximately 5–10 minutes.
Quizzes – customizable multiple-choice tests.
Questionnaires – customizable open-ended questions, also with the option of voice-to-text transcription.

Free Trial – a free trial period.
The trial currently includes 2 weeks of access, a library of 35 structured modules, the ability to use AI roleplays, and access from various devices, including VR, PC, and mobile.
Engage – a plan designed for 100–249 users.
Engage includes web streaming, SSO (Single Sign-On), and unlimited minutes of platform use.
Embed – a plan for 250–999 users.
Embed includes Engage features plus LMS (Learning Management System) integration, live onboarding, a dedicated CSM (Customer Success Manager), and extended data export.
Enroll – a solution for organizations with 1,000 or more users. Enroll includes Embed features, plus workshops for instructors, workshops on creating learning paths, designing dedicated AI roleplays, and additional LMS integration options. Contracts are available for 1, 2, and 3+ years. The developer also offers semester pricing. Separate terms may be available for the education, enterprise/healthcare, and non-profit sectors.

Bodyswaps Go is a web portal for administrators, teachers, and trainers.
It allows you to manage users and classes,
invite participants,
browse the content library,
create your own AI roleplays,
test scenarios before they go live,
create your own learning paths,
monitor platform usage,
monitor participant progress,
analyze participant confidence levels,
analyze feedback,
access aggregated class results,
integrate with an LMS with appropriate licensing plans. The manufacturer also indicates support for LTI 1.3 [Learning Tools Interoperability 1.3] for integrating Bodyswaps tracks with LMS systems.

Languages
Basic pre-built modules are primarily available in English,
selected materials have French or German subtitles.
AI Roleplays currently support: US English, UK English, French, Canadian French, Spanish, US Spanish, German, Portuguese, Polish, and Welsh.
