Dexmo captures 11 degrees of freedom of hand movement. In addition to detecting the bending and separation motion of all fingers, it introduces an additional rotation sensor for the thumb to capture hand movement.

The Dexterity Engine SDK includes a complete set of physical hand interaction engine that allows users to easily create programs with movement modules - providing a complete set of hand-object interactions.
Tracking System
Dexmo can provide 6DoF position data from almost any existing tracking system, such as OptiTrack tracking solution, Oculus' Constellation tracking solution, Sony's PSVR tracking system, or Valve's Lighthouse tracking system. Spatial tracking is achieved by attaching trackers or tracking controllers to the body using a removable mount. As long as there is 6DoF data input, Dexmo is compatible with this tracking system.
