Beyond 2 introduces a radical new pancake optics design, featuring advanced materials, precision coatings, and next-generation manufacturing processes. The result is a wider field of view, improved edge-to-edge clarity, a larger sweet spot, reduced lens glare, and enhanced brightness.

Dual micro-OLED displays
Over 13.1 million pixels are packed into two 1-inch OLED displays in an RGB striped layout. Each pixel is just 7.2 μm wide – 7 times thinner than a human hair – with response times measured in nanoseconds.

Adjustable IPD
Beyond 2 now features per-eye adjustable IPD, allowing you to fine-tune the position of the optics in front of each eye independently to achieve optimal clarity and comfort. This makes it easy to share your Beyond with friends and family.

Eyetracking
Beyond 2e features integrated eyetracking with incredibly tiny camera sensors the size of a grain of sand. Our advanced AI and computer vision research has resulted in a state-of-the-art pupil model, with inference running on AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.

SteamVR Tracking
Beyond 2 runs on SteamVR and requires Base Stations for tracking. SteamVR Base Stations are known for delivering the most precise and low-latency tracking.  Base Stations are not included and must be purchased separately.
