Kexxu Eye

Model 002.1 Kexxu Eye Tracking Glasses tracks one eye. The manufacturer also offers a separate version, currently in beta, that tracks both eyes, but with different specifications.

Kexxu Eye is a portable, head-mounted eye tracking system designed to record what the user is looking at while moving in a real-world environment. The device uses:

a camera aimed at one eye,

a camera that records the surroundings in front of the user,

a portable computing unit,

an artificial intelligence algorithm that detects the pupil position in real time.

A marker indicating the estimated gaze point is applied to the image from the ambient camera. The material can then be uploaded to the Kexxu Cloud environment to create heat maps, gaze graphs, and AOI (Area of Interest) analysis. The manufacturer suggests applications in marketing research, product and interface testing, UX (User Experience) design, and the analysis of athlete behavior during sports.
